Open Positions

  • Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow SecOps applications, including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security workflows and automation.
  • Integrate SecOps applications with other IT and security tools to streamline security operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform. Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow SecOps features and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, specifically in SecOps.
  • Must be SecOps certified.
  • Strong knowledge of security operations processes and tools. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, and other ServiceNow scripting languages.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using React and Angular, ensuring quality implementation of designs, utilizing HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.

  • Knowledge of Azure app services is highly beneficial.
  • Experience of working with development-related AI tools.

  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
